1. Your Right to be Forgotten
Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data registered in our store. If you request deletion, we will purge your order history records, name, email addresses, and subscription listings. Note: This will delete lifetime access credentials to download previously purchased books.
2. Data Portability
You can download a full archive file containing all invoice profiles, order history, and account settings from your settings board, or ask us for a CSV extract of your data anytime.
3. Data Retention Limits
We retain transactional archives for tax reporting purposes according to legal rules. Non-essential log entries, tracking sessions, and abandoned shopping carts are deleted automatically every 30 days.
